So yea guys, I’m only 14 years old… weight 145? around there… but I have some fat around my abs or actually I would say, on top. I have a few questions, I know this is not a fitness forum, but I know some of you guys work out you know… lol. Is there any way to eliminate this without taking any medication and without killing yourself running? When is the best time to do exercise?
I know I shouldn’t be really worrying about this right now, but you know how teenagers are… I mean I know I sound stupid and I’m probably the youngest person on this forum… but I have fun with you guys and I try to help out… So why not ask a few personal questions I guess… lol. :hr:
