I have an mpeg (created on my digital camera). I need to somehow turn that mpeg into a frame by frame animation so Ican pick out certain frames and vectorize them. Does anyone know a proggy that can make a mpeg into a frame by frame animation?
adobe premier

if you have premier, it’s simple…

it took a lot longer, and wasn’t nearly as intuitive with Flix.

can’t you just use flash mx?

it imports them as a movie clip, not editable.
if you need a sequence of images, you need to break up the mpeg into individual images.

hey rev you know of any premiere tuts…good ones? or how to do what you are speaking of
no, but it is extremely simple.
import the mpeg, export as a series of jpegs…
I don’t have the prg right now… a project I am doing requires it tho, so I’ll prob have it pretty soon.

ok its cool. I have it but I think it is an old version. But it should work the same
I had a problem with importing my mpeg that i creating from my digital camera, It seems that it creates a mpeg-2 compression or a compression which cant be read in after effects or premier, any one else had a problem like that??
