I’m not sure if you all feel the same. But I’m totally excited for this years E3! We finally get to see the actual graphical power of the Revolution, not just rumors and specs heard off of the internet. I’m pretty excited for it after hearing the outragous price for the PS3, this Revolution will be my last resort for next-gen gaming.
Our senior designer and I were going to attend it, but apparently they’ve narrowed down who they’re letting in this year. And last year, I wasn’t working here. Looks like it’ll be a good one though!
Supposedly around $600-$700, if I remember correctly. Looking at the specs, I wouldn’t be at all surprised, especially considering a BluRay drive is over $100 alone.
I’ll only be watching for news on Brothers in Arms 3, but it should be interesting to see other things.
I reckon people would pay that kind of money for a PS3, there’s so many hardcore Playstation fans out there. The price is bound to be high tho, as McGuffin said, it has a BluRay drive which is hot-off-the-press technology. DVDs were that expensive when they first came out…
The sensible ones will wait for the price to drop tho
Im looking forward to it I want to see what the PS3 is really capable of but rumors around the net say theyre gonna show it behind closed doors :-/, the revolution is kinda interesting if they manage to make the remote the norm then itll be quite revolutionary if they just make it another gimmick or addon its bound to die quickly.
Lets see what MS has up its sleeve will Halo3 be shown? how about Too Human or Mass Effect these games look awesome and early previews say theyre totally new gaming experiences lets hope so.
After E3 we will definitely know for sure is Sony can launch the PS3 this year.
Yeah I wanna see more about that, info on the new Battlefied seems kinda vague, hopefully it will be better than Battlefield 2 (which was awesome anyway, but had prolems, see my BF2 rant thread ).
Personally I think Sony need to get their act together and launch the PS3, the 360 has alreay taken a large chunk of the market, with the christmas sales and all :moustache
I’m sure we’ll get a small glimpse of Halo 3, if anything just the start up menu
Mass Effect is a huge reason why I’m considering a 360… Not to mention the great Halo 3 which should be better now that Sony has allowed them some breathing room by moving the PS3 launch date back…
Any rumors on when the Revolution is going to be released?
I can’t wait to check out engadget pics on the new PSP2, PS3 (price hopefully), Revolution… and PS3 games! and the PSP GPS and Camera attachment would be nice. I’m not old enough to go… but when I am, I’m goin for SURE! it’s right up the freeway from me
