Know idea what the difference is but I have DSL for home use and im in Ireland, so everywhere else MUST have it, since we’re so far behind technology

DSL is like superset of ADSL(the A is for Asymetric, which means that your upload speed != your download speed). There’s also SDSL, which is Symetric, meaning your upload is the same as your download.
I have ADSL - but I also have DSL.
(Ireland can be pretty up to date in some parts of the country and behind in others)
We have most tings but if we tried to go any further the goverment would have to put billions into the telephone wiring system, its very out of date.

I have ADSL. It usually means that your downloads will be full speed while your uploads lack abit. In my case, 1.5mB download, 700-900kB upload
