Paintball Playing Bee Gee Hospitalized
Miami, Florida
Maurice Gibb
One of paintball’s most famous players is critically ill and in the hospital after undergoing a surgery for a blockage in his intestine.
Former Bee Gee’s member Maurice Gibb collapsed at his home Friday and was rushed to the hospital where he immediately underwent surgery. He is reportedly in critical condition in intensive care.
The 53-year-old Maurice Gibb is a member of the Royal Rat Rangers, a 10-man competition
Royal Rat Rangers
paintball team. The team competes in NPPL and PSP events and recently made an appearance at the 2002 World Cup.
Our thoughts are with Maurice Gibb and his loved ones during this critical time. We wish Gibb a complete, safe and quick recovery.
…Because if the news wasn’t full of a bunch of irrelavent crap, then they might actaully have to report important events, or even worse, print the Truth!!! AAAaaaahhhhh…:o
Yeah, but I hear that he is doing well though :ub: Fox News gave periodic updates on his condition. His Paintball team is very good, and he is quite famous down in Florida for that. They don’t get much publicity down here for their music like they do in Europe =)
The new ablum in 2k was it? This is where i came in, wasnt that bad, however not as good as the old stuff. really? not to much pub. up here either. at least he is doing better. My heart is with he and the family.
Hey rev,
I actually like all of their music. Starting with their early music from the 1960s to their latest album from about a year ago. They were extremely popular in the US with Saturday Night Fever, but with the disco backlash, they fell along with disco…in the US. They released some of their best music in the 80s and 90s - especially songs they wrote and produced for other artists such as Barbara Streisand.
I am a Bee Gees fanatic lol. I’ve read all of the books written about them, watched all their DVDs, own all their albums (about 25), collected all their rarities and b-sides, etc.
