Ok I have two Flash Web Development job options that I am on the fence about. + signs are for things I like about it over the other job. ? signs mean I am waiting to know more about it through their HR department.
Job #1:
- 70K (contract w/ possibility to renew)
- little growth
- out of pocket health insurance $32.60/wk, $100 deductible, $15 co-pay, $20K/yr cap
- " dental $8.41/wk, $1500/yr cap
- vision (discounts bundled w/ dental)
- no life insurance
- 401k (no matching)
- no chance of relocation after being with the company for a while
- no travel involved
- no telecommute
- no paid vacation
- great location & weather
- great local & housing options (ie. on the beach)
- lots of outdoor activity areas in vicinity

- like the work of Job #2 more than this. (ammended)
