Betting the company on a resource you can't actually deliver

The compute crunch forcing Microsoft to deprioritize Azure customers for its own AI products is the most honest version of the problem yet. You can’t go all-in on something without the stuff to deliver it, and when you run out, someone doesn’t get served.

But this reads less like a scaling hiccup and more like a miscalculation about what the business actually is now.
