Wow I just found a way to control my laptop with my phone using Bluetooth!
I never knew you could do awesome stuff like that, it’s soooo handy when i’m watching a DVD on it, not having a remote is a pain in the butt.

yea bluetooth is nice. my headsets bluetooth works out nicely. It does use a ton of power though.
there is a s60 software called IR Remote, it makes your fone work as a remote control to anything compatible, lik i used to play my telly and dvd player, used to annoy ppl by increading or decreasing volume whn they had remote in their own hands lol…funny **** :lol:
i’v given up s60 now and bought s40 fone, nokia 6270, really stylish…anyway back to the thread, i am amazed Butters that this is your first experience with BT, i mean edge is knocking the door and throwing out BT very soon, edge works on far away connections plus nearby, endless possibilities 
Yeah, I love the Bluetooth on my razr. My brother uses Bluetooth all the time in his car, too.
i like sending stuff from my razr to friends’ razrs, like pics and ringtones

But Bluetooth sucks in a way too.
You keep it on in a large public gathering and people spam your phone to hell with virus attachments and uber crap! And once if you press the YES button by mistake: Heavens save your wallet!

that’s bullsh… have you ever got a virus thru bt, or ever had a virus on your mobile? There’s a big money in anti virus apps for s60+ now, but it’s just stupid. If you don’t know the guy, you shouldn’t accept .sis files, these are the only files that could harm your mobile, and first of all you’ll have to install them and press yes like 3 times to get the ‘virus’ which is mostly a stupid script that changes your icons and adds a floating bitmap to the screen
If you are stupid enough to get a virus for your phone, you deserved it
