My latest project is a design for a kennel that’s based here in Sweden.
I took a look at their old site, which is aweful, and set up the following goals; simple, straight to the point and fresh.
At first I concidered doing it all in XHTML/CSS, but then decided to go with Flash since it’s more fun and I saw it as an oppertunity to gain more knowledge.
Some quick notes;
The mouseovers in the ‘breeds’ section isn’t displayed correctly in Firefox.
For some reason the ‘over’ state moves the chihuahua up and the coton to the left. I’ve tried fixing it and even redid the whole page, but to no avail.
However seeing as 100% of the sites targeted audience is using IE it’s not a big problem.
The Gallery is not made by me, it’s made by Rhamej here on the forums.
I chose it because I thought it fit in nicely with my design and I can’t create a gallery of my own yet due to lack of knowledge.
Thanks a lot for your comments!
Altough I was hoping for a bit more replies than this, maybe this little bump will fix that.
mawooshen: That’s odd, it looks perfectly fine for me and the client in IE and only messes up in FF.
Either way it currently seems unfixable and she told me to just leave it as it is, but perhaps I’ll rework the whole page once again and cross my fingers.
