Hi All,
Is it possible to see the Color Effects option in the Properties panel without first converting an image to a symbol? I saw a youtube tutorial for creating fading images and in it the author of the tutorial was able to use alpha tween without having to first convert his images to symbols. I am using Flash CS5.5 and I was not able to see the Color Effects option in the Properties panel unless I convert my images to symbols. What am I doing wrong?
