It is a diet log customized for a workout plan and diet me and my buddy are going to try out. The plan is actually quite interesting, it is all based off of the R.I.P.P.E.D Systems book.
Agonist/Antagonist Lifting: Heavy Upper, Heavy Lower, Break, Light Upper, Light Lower, break. These are all supersets to keep heart rateup.
Phased Cardio: 2 days at 2 30min 60% max heart rate workouts, one day HIIT.
Phased Diet: 2 days high protein low carb, one day low carb high protein.
