I got a Canon G2 about 6 months back - 4m pixels, full SLR features. I’ve been really pleased with the results - and they were doing a promotion when I got it 
- for an extra £50, I got a 1Gb microdrive which takes 512 highest resolution shots!
Mine’s a Kodak something-or-other… Not very helpful, I admit. But it’s a great camera (see pics of my stunning new car for proof 
). I’ll find out the details of it…

Thanks a lot Kit, but that Kodak might be just a bit out of my price range although it looks really nice (I really like the sport mode)

Canon, Kodak, Fuji … sounds like from what everyone has said, I’ll be getting a good camera no matter what I choose.
