There have been lots of really depressing threads lately. I’m kind of sick of it too, so this is my response. I do what I love to do, every day!:love: I have a job that entails my favorite passtime, Art and Graphic Design. I have access to the coolest toys as far as computer and graphics equipment is concerned.
I have good friends that cheer me on. I’ve got a loving, albeit dysfunctional family.
I just got my car fixed and now I can turn right without dislocating my shoulder!:woot: I’m in a great mood today, and it’s all because I realize that my hard work and perseverance have gotten me to the best time of my life. I enjoy it and am very grateful for it, every day. Yeah, I’m alone romantically - but being single and not having to listen to anyone else’s tripe is awesome. Yeah, I’m fat - but I can run and lift weights. I’m in my prime and can do something about it. Bad stuff happening all over the world? Yeah, but not here!
Anyone else in the same boat?
//edit: I did this stuff.

Some of it got raked over the coals in the critique forum, but I could care a less. Most of what I do is print stuff for outreach (banners, posters, flyers, etc) and if I’m lucky, video/motion graphics stuff.
