Meet Shane Walker. Last Tuesday, the Charleston, West Virginia woman contacted cops to say that her boyfriend had stolen her marijuana stash. Normally, that’s not something you share with the fuzz. But Walker apparently really wanted those 3.5 ounces back. As a result Walker spent her 25th birthday in the local lockup and is facing a felony possession charge.

oh my. she was arrested only after they recovered the marijuana, and the amount was consistant with the amount she said was missing…
i was gonna say, if she was not in posession of it, then what was the crime, but apparently, she brought some samples in plastic baggies, to show the cops that the weed was indeed hers…
You know, im not normally in favor of capital punishment, especially for victimless crimes, but im willing to make an exception in this case… she ought to be put out of her own stupidity…

Contrary to popular beleif, some guy in Canada manged to OD on Marijwana, after 20 years of somoking reduculous ammounts.
On a completely unrelated note, did anybody notice how her date and ID are displayed. It’s nice how the date and ID number on her mugshot are digital as opposed to the traditional pasted/written letters

I’m not RB, just didnt believe it until I saw something other than a gripe board, and a link to the Sun… I don’t believe much from The Sun…
Now, I’m more inclined to believe it, even though the corroner’s report is unavailable.
Even then, it is suggested that the deceased OD’d from injesting the pot orally.
