Danish company selling hairwax had this competition that I have made a suggestion for. The competition was to make their new flash based website.

I need all feedback I can get
( nothing design related is getting changed, only minor bugs if found)

Nice work… Only problem is it took me a second to realise i had to click the logo to enter.

Yeah I would think danish people would understand.

I haven’t submitted the site yet. wanted to get some more feedback and see if there are any more bugs to fix before e-mailing the contest judge the link.
and what you saw on their present site, is an old contest. this one is for ~ $1000.

I like it! :thumb: although the site itself is a little boring and more of a showcase of the product than anything … but that’s not bad, just doesn’t make me want to stay there any longer than a few minutes …

very NONE interesting compared to my suggestion.

Don’t get me wrong, I agree, but they don’t have anything else to be put on the site. No company profile, FAQ, contact section, nothing.
These are their the specifications that needs to be covered in this competition:

  • Has to be made in flash (CHECK)

  • Must be smart, professional and “young” (CHECK - id say so)

  • All 5 products must be on the site (CHECK)

  • Hairy must appear on the site (CHECK - red logo top left)

  • ID Hair logo must appear on the site (CHECK - above the menu)
    This I would complain a little about, cause the size viewable is the original size in their graphics package. Weird.

  • Site must be finished and complete (CHECK and CHECK)

besides these points, I have added to photo “gallery” to the site. They provided 5 model photos.

I like it too, it certainly is a lot better than it was before!

What I find kinda funny though, is the logo and the catchphrase they use (‘Have a nice hair day’). Reminds me A LOT of the latest cd of a certain band…:
