the graphics and flash animation is good but im not sure u shuld have use dark red as a bg, use a bright color to attract users n the employer

Well I think your site looks perfect, there’s nothing wrong with the dark red background. The only ‘problem’ I found is that the text starting with “Feel free…” is not displayed long enought to be read (maybe I’m too slow )
