ok, well APIX Designs is a name that i started so that when i did something i didnt have to put my real name on it. I have a couple guys that work with me in this “Company” or whatever you want to call it. I was planning on doing alot of gaming clan websites and just some friends websites and such. After doing this for about a year, i decided to start taking on more clients.
Now, my question is how do you make sure your clients will not bail out on you? i will be getting most of myclients over the internet, so there will be no man to man meeting taking place. How do you agree to the terms/prices? ie…a contract? if so, how do you get the client to sign it?? do you write up a price quote? s
o far, i have just used a word doccument with what the client needs done, and then a price for each thing that needs completion… (for example…coding…35$ design…45$ intigration…55$…etc etc)
please fill me in on how you do it over the net???
