Sen
That is so stereotypical, you ageist you (lol!!) and yes you had better visit them, just hope no one shows them your comments
have to go and look out the window now and see what the neighbours are up to…but I never watched soaps in my youth, don’t see why I should start now, oh, and I haven’t got a cat !
Hey sureshot,
If, when I was younger I had the same as Sen has to look forward to I would have felt really not good…
but it is only like that if you let it be that way.
though, really, life in that second half usually doesnt get any better… you get older, uglier, shorter, more senile, your hair drifts down through your head and out your ears and nose, you lose direction and live off of retirement doing nothing but watching game shows and staring at the neighbors suspiciously out your window while petting your cat - your only friend - hoping that your children or even grandchildren
the most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. i mean, life is tough. it takes up a lot of your time. what do you get at the end of it? a Death. what’s that, a bonus? i think the life cycle is all backwards. you should die first, get it out of the way. then you live in an old age home. you get kicked out when you’re too young, you get a gold watch and you go to work. you work forty years until you’re young enough to enjoy your retirement. you go to college, drink alcohol, you party 24/7, you get ready for high school. you go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities. you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, spend your last nine months floating … and you finish off as an orgasm.
So you are the big 4-0 eh? Looks like we have 4 of you guys on this board, of the ones that have posted anyway. Kirupa has himself a good team of “experienced” people to work with - no wonder this place is a success
