I made “emu”!, it recognizes an ip and tells the owner when that ip last was on the site. i know of course cookies can do that!. but. i was bored and cookies didn’t take enough time to make also i think ip’s are longer lasting than cookies ( you delete / eat cookies more often than you change ip. i think ). And the name is because i miss my sister ( it means “Emulates Missing You” ).
