- maybe background images although cud get messy
- some nifty stuff but that can wait

OK, I’d say that out of Novatakes’ list, the first thing we need to figure out is the content. We can work the design around that later.
I’ve worked out a couple of sections / menu items we’ll need:
Home <i>(obvious) </i>
Projects & Requests <i>(what we’re working on at the moment</i>
Archive <i>(our past projects)</i>
Open Source? <i>(bits and bobs we’ve made for general usage)</i>
About Us / Contact Us <i>(who we are and how to get hold of us)</i>
Links <i>(go to Kirupa.com)</i>
Names etc of these items are naturally subject to change. If anyone feels I’ve missed anything out, please add it or remove it if that’s the case.
The About Us section, it would be nice if we could have a profile about each of us, as Ahmed suggested. How about a brief bio:
Name
Age
Location
Job
What He/She Says
which the person in question fills in, then a final entry
What They Say
Which is filled in by other KTeam members. There would also be a picture of them, maybe a small example of their work and an email address.
The Archive would contain all the past projects that have been worked on, while the Projects & Requests area would hold all the current things, plus show people how to make a request to the KTeam.
That’s all my battered brain can come up with right now. 
i think thats all we need for now kit. but im thinking going for portfolio not archive… portfolio if we are heading the corporate way… or archive if we are staying at a group of ppl working together for fun

Portfolio sounds good to me.
I’d like the whole thing to look slick and professional, but still have an element of humour in the written content.
(I’m debating whether or not to slip some kind of reference to trout in there. Perhaps an Easter Egg in all out projects - a trout slapping game!)
