Very nice, I hate the Black Eyed Peas though.
Apart from that, its a very nice site, the section rollovers are very nice.
I think the text in front of the red is a little hard to read. Also the "Music, Rythm, Bass and Experience is a little fuzzy or hard to read as well. I like your buttons and otherwise I think it’s pretty sharp. It’s very basic and clean looking which is always nice.
By the way, is this song really “Let’s get retarded in here?” I alwasy thought it was somethign else. Those ESPN commercials are lying to me.
‘Lets Get Retarded’ is the original song by ‘The Black Eyed Peas’, they changed it to ‘Lets Get It Started’ when they released it as a single.

Just bumping. I made some changes to it since I originally posted. I fixed the logo a little… for some reason it’s hard to get it completely crisp… but it’s ok.
Ah, you added speakers behind the logo if I remember what it looked like before, right? Its definetely easier to read with something darker behind it.
Is there a reason to have only the front two speakers bump? You might want to have them all stationary or have the front and back bumping at different times.
And I still like your button alot! Did you just make that in PS?
Speakers in front only bump cause the others are in the “wall” and shouldn’t really shake.
And yes… PS is what I used to make the buttons.
I like it. The subtle gradient works well and the genral colour scheme is great. What did strike me is that it is quite small. Logo and buttons are great; love the speakers! Overall it’s a really nice site. :thumb:

Yeah, vertically centering will look better. I like red designs, like the buttons. Still think text is too ‘busy’ ie white on red. Maybe adjust line spacing, make it doublespaced or something, with a vertical scroll bar if necessary. Way to go!
not supposed to be in the middle. EVERYONE does centered (thinking outside the box) so that’s why it’s in a DIV that’s not centered. As for the text… that’s placement text… it’s used when your client doesn’t give you any content. So it won’t look busy like that on final adoption. But I think adjusting the leading is a good suggestion.
i personally think it would look butter without the buttons moving off to the side like that. It does look REALLY nice though.

I did have it like that originally… but they wanted more… I agree w/ you on that 
And as for the music… LoL… it will be playing their music as soon as I figure out WHY when I import their MP3s my player plays it all in fastfoward, but any other mp3 plays fine (plays fine in WMP and WAmp too).
I really like it. I like the colors, I think it goes well with the hip-hop style. The navigation animation is pretty slick too. Very nicely done. Would like to see more content. 
As a side note… why not go with The Roots, they are FAR better than Black Eyed Peas, and its in the same genre. Whenever a group plays at a Dem/Reb National Convention, they are officially SOLD OUT. Just a personal opinion.
As for the mp3’s playing funny, you might want to check out the bitrate’s of their mp3’s. They may need adjusting.
Also - I have one word for your site. “Preloader”.
I have 5 words for you. “It has a preloader son”
Also… those songs are not songs that will be playing on their site… it’s a DJ site so all songs will be samples of their tracks.
I checked the bitrate… and it seemed to match up w/ the any of the other ones… maybe you know another way that I could check them to make sure…?
