Well it’s not that it’s bad or anything, it’s okay…
It’s simple and clean, which is good, but I think it’s a bit boring. Maybe having better transition effects would make both sites more interesting.
Overall I like your firm site more than your personal site. =)

Agreed. Also, the crosshairs kind of annoying IMO.

I think they’re ok too…
but, i definitely like the prof one much better. From the image to the
layout, it’s far superior.
adn i agree, that crosshair thingee has to go!
well, you could add some transitions and maybe more graphics on
your portfolio site. And crosshairs are fun at first but they should go :).
Your firm site looks really better, but text is a bit too hard to read
for me, so imo maybe you could place it there “Kansoft” logo is.
And fix that then mouse is over “Consultants” button.

I havent gone for any transitional effects as of yet and this was the bland layout of the two sites!..U must be seeing them soon!

my opinion on the crosshairs (which i have no problem with at all) maybe change the alpha to 50% so they don’t distract so much from the site, also, hide the mouse.
transitions would definitely help. Nothing complex either, just a fade to white when moving from one section to the next instead of the graphic just disappearing. Also in your work section if you make a rollover action for the site thumbnails it would spice it up a bit.

hey one correction!..u should have perceived my id as
fla !..but i never made it to mean that way…!..i literally made it to feel like fla…but it is a funny coincidence and i never thought of it…may be i need to change my id…let me request kirupa!..
eoho…i think its commented in default…but my real sense of id. is flash IT!..and no other literary meaning.
