This is my folio site: users.tpg.com.au/ecamille. I know that the presentation has trouble loading and I would like a suggestion on how to solve that, it is a Powerpoint presentation (.pps) and I would like any comments about the rest of my site.

I like simplicity, but to be honest, your site is a bit dull. Your use of flash here could easily been done with HTML.
I’m not saying you should go crazy on the flashy stuff, but there are ways to create simple looking flash sites that looks good as well.
One thing I suggest is working with your color scheme. Creating some type of rollOver effect on your buttons would help as well. Also the transition between each section could use some work as well. One of the purpose of flash is to enhance the viewer’s experience when they’re on your site. You can do it by adding interactivity or create interesting visual effects that will keep viewers on your site longer.
Another problem I noticed is with your drop down menu, it doesn’t slide up if I rollover it fast.
