Homegrown Psilocybe Cubenis… i will be taking about 5 grams dried.
The Native Americans like to fast first for at least 16 hours before ingestion. They claim it to intensify the experience, and cut down on the impulse to expel.
So you don’t know where the spores are from - geographically? That will make a huge difference on the doseage.
NOTE: I am speaking entirely about a religious ceremony performed by the Native Americans from my Ancestorial line, and in no way am condoning injesting illegal substances without proper supervision.

yes, just lots of water for 16 hours prior, and during your experience. And most of the time, you aren’t fortunate enough to know where the spores come from… that makes accurate doseage a bit of a trial and error is all…
