CG, can you swear it’s not a fake? I just can’t believe anyone would be willing to pay anything for that site.
It’s real. Have a look at the local lacrosse team’s website that this dealership sponsers. It’s just as bad (actually better but still crappy).
link removed Please don’t spam these people
That is awfully sad. Gotta love the sick looking repeating .gif background. :puke:
My dog could design a better site than that guy. Gotta love the “invintory” thing too. Watch out folks, he’s armed with the best software package known to man, Microsoft FrontPage 4.0!! Ouch. These are the things that make me want to design; not to emulate the masters, but to show the idiots what is going wrong. What was that guy doing offering a dealership webdesign?
I believe him, look at this 3 “sites” please:
www.autoaccioncr.com
www.galeriadeautos.com
All 3 were made by the same design company as all of u can see, the same design style, the same layout but with different pictures an info, and they charge like 500 or $600 per “site”, I hate when people like this laughs at the customer, I hate it :{
pfftt…
lol
You guys are all just player hating cause you never figured out how to make animated gifs!
:upset:
you figured me out.
Animated .gif’s pwn. Lol
Oh my, I think I feel a tear  … this has got to be the worst site I’ve ever seen (execpt for that screenshot I saw once of a site that had a pp in frames… *reminiscing). I could do better work than that in my first seven minutes of studio mx. I think that the job either was intentionally done to drive away traffic, or they are just utterly confused about art, and need to get a new job.
but wow, does that suck or what?!?!!?!? :beam:
edit: btw, I didn’t even see the homepage, I had to shield my eyes and go by feel to click the x button
wow this makes me feel like a really good webdesigner!
no really it does
and i just love those downloaded buttons! and that hit counter…oh baby
CG … that’s raw :P:P:P
…on that note…
I had a similar situation not too long ago. Worked up some preliminary files in flash and whamo- they informed me a ‘friends kid’ (a real computer whiz he said) was going to take over :sure: at least I got paid for the work up to that point so it was not a total loss

(if yer using IE, prepare for a big musical treat :!: )
a computer wiz eh? what’s his email? but then again, that one’s not nearly AS bad
Well said
the dude that made these must be a hypnotist or one really good sales-person.
rofl Reland that music is mezzzmorizzzinng. Other than that crappy recorder music that site isn’t that bad.
rleland, that site is not all bad…but the music is kinda creepy…lol
i tihnk i’m going to steal that music for my site…
ehhh…I guess not that bad… while it’s not all garish and blinking at you, but for what they said they wanted (classy and elegant)… to use a template overloaded with javaScript and a mapquest link for directions I thought was a crime of the “generic~amatuer” sort. They asked for a novel then opted for a tan telephone-pole poster
they’re not some corner mom&pop shop … but arguably the largest importer of antiques west of the east coast … then again maybe I’m just bitter-eh :-/
Well I found this thread a little late, I looked at the first post, went to the site, and sent this.
After I came back to share I found I wasnt the first to spam them. =(

I would have to say that this is one of the most disgusting looking websites I have ever seen.
Now while you might have gotten one of your staff members 4 year olds to make it, it is a blemish on your business.
If this is the sort of image that you choose to portray to potential customers, then I know I would never purchase a vehicle from you.
This sight has made me so nauseous that I should be suing you for personal damages.
A website is supposed to enhance your business, it is better to have no net presence at all, than to turn potential customers away with an appalling site.
