Ummm… how long you think it will be before Steve Jobs plugs this hole or shuts them down :look: My guess not long, since one of the first things he did when he returned to Apple was pull the plug on all the then existing “Mac Clone” companies.
A part of me wants to apple win and the other part of me knows the consequences of them winning in court.
Think about it: I make a software and it contains very exact wording as to how you can use it. I mean its a little bit hard to persuade. I’m sure Apples lawyers can do it though.

What?
A part of me wants apple to win, but there are adverse consequences if this happens. The basic idea is that other companies could append these types of clauses to their software (I don’t even see where this would come into play no company wants to lose money by boycotting a piece of hardware).

If i was gonna get a mac, i would definatly do some major madifications to the body, and make the interface look windowsy. No way in hell i would be out in public with one of those.[/SIZE]
