Hey, I’m thinking of getting a new phone. The one that looked most interesting to me was the AT&T Tilt. It is very unlikely that I’ll be able to afford a data plan, so the wifi is a big plus. I also like that it has WM6 so that I can install all of the 3rd party apps I can find (I love 3rd party apps for anything and everything :D). Also, having the full QWERTY keyboard paired with Pocket Word will allow me to get school/homework, as well as programming or notes, done easily on the go. Finally, all the reviews I read said it had really good voice call quality (a major problem with my Samsung Sync).
My main concern is probably the battery life. Also, would I be able to use Yahoo! Messenger over wifi without a texting and/or data plan?
Has anyone else here owned or used one of these? If so, what was your opinin of it? Anything else that you think might fit my needs equally or better(has to be from and/or compatible with AT&T, price is also important)?
