Site Rip

Just came across http://www.transcendigital.net

Thought it was a blatant rip off of this one site I can’t remember - it was black and green of a developer whose name was Dan - his logo was a ‘D’ and an ‘L’ intertwined or something like that.

Just wanted to fire the guy an email but I can’t find his site. Anyone seen it before?

It looks too generic to be a ripoff. You know what they say about giving a thousand monkeys typewriters, and given that there are about a billion or so of us monkeys with computers, I’d say that the odds of two people coming up with site layouts that are strikingly similar are pretty good.

I’ve never seen it as well. Usually when you play the ripp card there are 2 urls :lol:

That talk bubble (web 2.0) thing has been done a thousand times… the mind recognize images but not always their scale so thus it could have been in the side of any web 2.0 site and you would of remembered it and thought this.

I’ve seen plenty of sites like this… but nothing extremely close to the rest of the layout.

Okay - the sites are very similar though - the only thing different is the logo colour and the content font. Oh well.
