Thanks, my film guru.
I thought about doing something by John Woo (I remembered this time!) but stop motion doves… Absolute bloody 'mare… :sure:
As for film sets… If I go for the Italian Job then I’m gonna need a model of Turin…

the textboxes don’t really need to be put in with photoshop, you can add them in the normal pic if you improvise a bit ;)…

woah, I’ve been away a few days and already all these posts! This battle is going to be EPIC! Maybe we should put a rule in about loading screens? I think people are going to need them…
I’v e got another big question: How long should the animation be ?
OrangeOne - I already said that preloaders (prefreably with progress bar or numbers or something) are essential
Voetsjoeba: lord knows… I dont know what a reasonable time length is…
Yes, you’ll need a preloader in there. I don’t think I mentioned it specifically in the rules, but movies of this size will certainly need them.
you didnt mention them, but being supah-l33t, I did ![]()

I think somewhere around 5 minutes, I don’t have a lot of time on my hands and I don’t think the majority has a lot either.

5 minutes?!
I was thinking like 30 secs to a min.
lol, 5 minutes tops! Mine is probably around 1 min tops.
5 minutes? 30 seconds?
frame rate?
10 fps * 5 minutes = 3000 frames… unless some of them are held for longer, like a slide show
i dont know what to do… should i shoot for 1 min?
i picked a movie but not a scene yet
edit: WHOA! this is my 100th post… I’m a senior member!
lol…custom title?..i guess…1 minute ought to be enough for a movie…and everyone should star their own thread so everything doesn’t preload at the same time
I’m going to say that a good length would be one minute. But if yours is over or under that’s fine, as long as it’s not way differenet, like 10 minutes or 10 seconds.
