Hiya ppl… just wondering if im not alone on this one…?
I find that when i am behind the computer i am fine… been working as a web and graphic designer for a while now… but when i am not on the computer and i am out socialising or even just at the supermarket that my eyes get really strained from looking around and constantly adjusting my focus… as if my eyes arent used to it or that i am over focusing… not sure if this is because as a graphic designer you tend to focus with a bit more intensity on the detail of what you are designing… as apposed to normal pc users who are just looking at the screen…
anyone else find this??
