Website cost, seting up a "JOB" for school or teacher ! Help

Hello “World”

After I created my “cool” site :hangover:
somehow my teacher got the url !
He saw the site and he told me that he whant me to creat a flashy site for him ! He also said that he is going to tell the schools headteacher so that I will also creat a “Flashy” site for the class and put information and weeks plans, class photos…etc

Ok he did ask me for money but I dont know what, How shall the “payment or the website cost” This is my furst time people !
I dont know what to do ?

How shall I know that he will like what I created for him and what dos it cost…etc !
