like adobe photoshop, macromedia flash and what else ?
its really a mix of various appz, i use Photoshop, Illustrator Freehand and fireworks for graphix, Flash and swift 3d for animations, and Dreamweaver for html so its really a mix of various programs it all depends on what you are doing and how many people are doing it
all depends on what you know how to use and what you have available
your best bet in my opinion would be go with macromedia programs
they worked the best with me
For my web development (which normally keeps on the clean simple side) I use:

I own Dreamweaver MX as well, BUT honestly I like the new FrontPage better. I think it is the only program Microsoft makes that I use :puzzle: But It seems to coincide better with my type of work…

not if you do not use it alot. I have an ongoing project (comic strip). That my client has me update and add new chapters. So I use it alot. You can get away with using flash but this stuff is way more advanced. I also have access to opus which is TB on steroids. But toon boom is a fun application.

I actually prefer Adobe GoLive to to Macromedia Dreamweaver.
Right now I use PS to slice my images, but I’ve heard that Fireworks integrates better with DW in silcing

after i Save As Web…
i modify it using dreamweaver, the table mess up :*( why …?
or there is any tutorial to teach how to slice ?
I find Frontpage is a rather good tool! combined with MSPaint you have everything you will ever need!

where you are running into problems is the area where there are no slices designated. What I find is that, if you keep your slices even you will not get those funny 1px table cells that NS and some IE tend to have problems with. If at all possible use fireworks for your slicing also it works much better with DW.
Rule of thumb try not to let the program designate your slices. I would slice up the header. Also I would do nav separately. allow a space for it but make it is own image and import it into the space where it is needed. Do not do it all as one big slice.
And dont let anyone talk you into using front page…ever!!!
