well if you look at just the 30 yeah they are animals, but you have understand that this video is propaganda aimed to make them lookt that way. We dont’ know how they got that situation, what happened 30 seconds before, a minute before. Also considering soldiers are just getting picked off around there I think you can understand their anxiety. This is not to justify their actions, but before we judge we need to attempt to understand.

I think you also have to keep in mind that those soldiers better don’t see the enemies as human beings, or else they’ll freak out and be derpressed and all, I think they’re making a game of it cuz it would be less hard mentally, they’ve also received a training that has kinda brainwashed them…

This is exactly why any normal human being should condemn war - especially the Iraqi one… People going to war are not in a safe state of mind.
And why are you all so keen to criticize a media when you are fed the same type of propaganda (only the other way) at home - not realizing it ?

Hello - Im an american soldier in a country which is not my own - mind if I kill a few people since we’re at war ? No, I don’t care if they are civilians or not…
I’m sorry, okay maybe the guy in the video was a guerrilla soldier, then Im glad he was killed. But what you said is absolutely ridiculous… Being at war is not an excuse for turning your brain and common sense off… Being humane will bring peace, war won’t.
most of us probably does not know what it is like to be in war, but what I do know is that we do not know what transpired before that footage, so this video is terribly out of context. We dont know if he had a bomb strapped to his chest or what. As far as what the soldier said…man this is war. You have to have nerves and balls of steel. You cannot be a bleeding heart kind of person in a hostile situation. Now if they showed the whole video and this was some dude walking home whistling carry his groceries then we should complain.

The only way a soldier can properly function as a soldier is if they do exactly that. Common sense and thought interfere with orders. A soldier is no more than a living tool to be used by the army. Military functionality relies on the fact that soldiers do not think.

Then I cannot consider a soldier humane and human, the more reasons to express my hatred towards occupying armies.

I don’t give a rats’ behind (:x), I’m intitled to my own opinion, and if you think it’s a shortsighted one, so be it. All I know is that what those guys did was sick, even if he had run around the corner with an AK-47.
well yes you are entitled but I was not downing your opinion, but condemning their actions without kowing the full story??..go figure…now if that dude had detonated hisself and killed hundreds all because of some soldier who felt kind hearted and did not want to shoot…would you commend that soldier? For not killing the guy?
