the foods that will make you crap is the fiber rich foods. fruits, veggies, breads, etc. will make you REGULAR. so get at least 25 grams of fiber a day, and you’ll be nice n regular.
I agree - I tried the Atkins Diet and felt very light headed and dizzy, I need carbs. It’s all about being smart. If you think “this is prolly bad for me” than it probably is
I would start working out first before I started worrying too much about my caloric intake…if you cut your calories too much and start working out, your body may think it’s in a starving situation, thus clinging to every ounce of body fat it can. So I would say, start working out…then about a month later start cutting back on the amount of calories you eat everyday…nothing drastic, like maybe 10% at first. Then see where you are and make adjustments accordingly.
Also, there are a lot of fat burners out on the market today. I’ve never used any, but I think they get a lot of bad rap they don’t deserve…so what, one or two out of shape people don’t follow the directions on the label and end up dying from taking them. You may want to try something like Hydroxycut or Xenadrine or Stacker 2 (I would prolly stay away from anything with effedra though–I just don’t trust it).
so if you want to lose one pound in a week, you need to expend an extra 3,500 calories. or you can expend some of them, and cut some of them out of your food. **
I heard that getting it on burns like 350 calories. So get it on 10 times a week, and you’ll be well on your way. I think this is probably the most preferred way to lose weight.

well anyways, who gives a ****. it’s still unhealthy, just as all the other fad diets are.
