Listening to the Chill/Downtempo station on Pandora. A song came on, it’s okay. But when I looked at the displayed album art, I couldn’t believe my eyes.
The album name is “Derivatives”, and was set in a Helvetica-esque face, in all caps. The kerning between the V, A, and T was so loose you could fly the Death Star between them.
I put a thumbs-down on the song based on the design. I feel better for having done so.
