Creating Styles for the Forums

Well I’ll try a few color combinations, and we can easily change between other styles once the style gets added to the forums :slight_smile:

ok I’ve got a good idea…

I think the colors should be the same as “black by thoriphes” but the headers should be a dark red instead of black.

Ya I like the red headers, but the browns have to go. I think they should be more of a gray and dark grey.

dark by morse is the new style added a few seconds earlier :slight_smile: It’s a LOT darker than all of the other styles, so you may like the change.

His paper style is still using all of the old buttons and links that the new footer does not cover :slight_smile: That is why I have not added it to the forums.

hey Kirupa…
if my footer is a little over 15k, can i shrink down the size of it a little, or would that not work (as in, not fit in with the website)?

i know of at least a few people who play Star Wars Galaxies

Hmm - the colors are too hard on the eyes prit. I also can’t make out the text on the right side of the footer. I don’t think I can add that up to the forums in its current state :beard:

I’m thinking of expanding this idea for a forum style. Tell me what you think. I’d like to have a wood looking BG (like a pirate table or something).

This is by no means a final image… Just something I was playing around with in Photoshop.

here is a new style KirupaLight… it would be nice to have near the same colors as white by kitiara cause that is what people are requesting. A chat on this will come soon but Rvgate is busy… so we can leave the chat out for now.
