I’ve been reading this thread on and off. In a nutshell, the rules of the forums have been quite clearly stated here: http://www.kirupa.com/forumGuide/guidelines.htm
These rules are applied equally to ALL members. The forums used to be more lenient on longer term “valued” members and less so on new ones. It was many of you (some in this very thread) that felt that having rules apply unequally across members was not fair.
This means that some people who you’ve known for a long time will probably face the same consequences as someone who just joined if they continually break the rules and ignore warnings.

Yeah Kirupas right, its much less lenient now. Im almost 10000 posts, long time here and if I left I doubt anyone would notice :(.

Yea… reef_gurl_16 sounds familiar, I have been at these forums for about 2 years, that is barley any time compared to some other members but still I feel if I went missing no one would notice, even tho in the last 6 months I have been getting alot more involved.
