Hey everyone. I was realizing I needed to start creating my business image and portrayal. So, I made 5, but need to narrow it down. Please select the logo which you think stands out best or has a certain ‘spark’ in it, if any, that you think stands out from the rest. If you don’t truly like any of the logo choices, please say so in a response. Thank in advance. And, the ‘fe’ stands for faded element.
I like #4… just because it looks good, but I think none of them are logos, just letters merged. Why don’t you try doing something that could set a strong image… some letters won’t identify you very much.
the “e” does look very IE ish as someone said… :ne: which is slightly worrying now.
FE could also be seen as Iron btw…Thats what I thought when i first saw it. IMO I have no problems with it just being text for a logo (most of my fav ones are just text) as I believe your work will sell you better than a logo. Althought I know plenty of people would argue that
Panther21001 what does your company does?.. tell us more about your company… that way we might be able to choose a good logo design for you… of course from the list provided…
pesonally I like 2 cause it actually looks like an attempt at something unique, and would stand more apart than the others IMO. But I would’ve chosen 5 other than that. Personally to me I can’t stand #4 and how the e is disproportionally larger than the f… both being lower case. I think the way it’s connect is just sort of a cop-out way of trying to blend the two letters together. 1 and 3 just aren’t on the mark, 3 is just a bad version of 4, and 1 well… the e shape isn’t working fluently enough w/ the f.
If I had too right now I would say #4. #2 is a good concept but need massaging with a better choice of base text to base the wordmark off of. But in a whole they all are lacking what it takes to be effective imo.
I thought the same thing when I saw it. (Of course, I’m the guy who entered a periodic table of elements in the 25 line AS contest.)
Have you thought about using that association intentionally, somehow using iron as a metaphor for strength or fortification (or wrinkle-free shirts)? It may even suggest other design elements for the logo itself. Just a thought. Maybe that’s way too obscure/irrelevant for what you are doing.
