I’ve been asked to design www.sanjosedelpacifico.com , now this is my first time designing a web site, but I’m the only person in the state who can make things in flash, and knows how to use Dreamweaver. I thought making a site for a town would be nice in my non-existent portfolio, so I accepted… But I do not know how much I should charge. The town is very small, and gets most of it’s money from hand crafts and drugs… So I can’t expect premium prices.
How much should an un-experienced web deisnger, charge a poor town?
