Well since this thread is going nowhere but the jungle anyway shudder allow me to explain why subway sucks.
We have basically no selection. Our cheese is crap. Our chicken and steak are dry. All the cold cuts are basically just water. Everything is processed garbage. The reason you lose weight eating at Subway is because you’re essentially just eating some water and air. So obviously you’re going to lose weight. Also there’s massive amounts of preservatives on the meats and I wouldn’t really recommend putting that in your body unless you’re going for mummification, but if that’s the case more power to ya! You’re much better off spending the extra buck to get a good sandwhich at Quiznos with some quality meat and decent selection. Though we’re nicer at Subway, but we have to be because our food sucks
