Optimising flash size vs quality?

Hi! I have flash animations which are nearly 900 KBs to over 1 Mb in size even though I don’t have any bitmaps or wav files. I am using all vector graphics and mp3. Can someone tell me what is the best way to go about producing the best results? Is there any tutorial that I can follow? For eg - www.praaji.com/hel-must.htm this animation is 910 KB and takes quite a while to load (specially on dial up connections). I need some guidance for this please!
Thanks
Aditya

The best way to reduce large files is to split them up into seperate swf’s and load them into your movie only when they are needed. Not sure about your animation though. It looks like it needs to be all 1 file to run smoothly. It loaded pretty fast on my connection, cable. I think the dialup people have realized they can’t see all the cool stuff.
