What do you think about color, type, layout, browser compatibility, load time, any missing features, is it too dark, etc? How can I make it better?
I think it’s pretty good, I like the folio on the front page - seems to be a good trend now a days.
side note - I did a little work on Miami Ad School’s site =p
The only thing i’d change is the diagonal stripes in your contact section…and maybe you could try some other button styles, A bit lighter buttons??
Other than those small things, it looks clean and solid work. Good job 
The contrast on the type and bg could go up just a tad bit, along with the type leading. I would have used serif fonts for a design like this, but I guess sans fonts work as well.
