Hello everyone,

I would appreciate if anyone could give me some opinions about my website. Give me some critiques: what you like and don’t like. It’s not a very large site. Be sure to check out the random section. Thanks a million.

nice, but I honestly don’t see a reason for using Flash for a site like that :slight_smile:

Well I do like it, simple and clear

and a flash site is always more entertaining than html.

the only thing which bothers me a bit is in the ‘random’ you make squares appear (buttons) but they are empty… what’s the use ??

I don’t understand what you mean mlk? do you mean the squares(buttons on the top)? If you do then those should open up a little section in the main area. Please clarify. Thanks.

I agree that the layout is simple, but here are some things that could be done to improve it.

  1. Instead of having a grey background, try using white. It will look a lot cleaner and it will go along with the other colors you’re using.

  2. If you’re going to change the background to white, change the yellow borders to black as well.

  3. Keep your text consistent, I noticed you have different font sizes in some of the sections. Keeping them the same size and color will tie all the sections together and create continuity.

  4. The box in the bottom left seems to be un-used so it creates a pocket of negative space. I would think of something to fill in that area, other wise redesign the layout so that there isn’t any negative spaces.
